At Nikolajgade 18, Wilhelm has opened up a new and maybe slightly more urban version of the restaurant than what guests were used to in the forest at Ordrupgaard.
They serve wild game and seafood, and have thereby moved the forest into the city, yet without forgetting their origin or what is on their mind – clean food, made with imagination, responsibility and respect for the planet.
Welcome inside the new Wilhelm – now with more wines by the glass, game on the tables and walls, and maybe just a bit more jazz funk on the stereo.
